The planning and execution of service processes, the development of service offers, the assumption of tasks, accounting and logistics.<\/p>\n<p><b>Essential administrative Functions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support on selling and renewing service contracts<\/li>\n<li>Administration activities related to service sales activities<\/li>\n<li>Providing (service sales) reports to Management in SFDC<\/li>\n<li>Order and invoice processing<\/li>\n<li>Service entry and outgoing inspection<\/li>\n<li>Spare Parts Administration \/ Purchasing \/ Procurement \/ Stock Count<\/li>\n<li>Warehousing, packaging, shipping<\/li>\n<li>Notification of special incidents according to MDR to the supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Close cooperation with the whole Central Europe Service Team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Essential technical Functions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Making sure all tasks are done well on time, minimizing overall TAT (turnaround times)<\/li>\n<li>Tracking of activities in the Complaint Management System database<\/li>\n<li>Handling of incoming customer calls and inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on contribution to day-to-day output of department<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met in a timely fashion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skills in MS Office products, Oracle, SFDC or simular.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills, being able to manage own workload proactively<\/li>\n<li>Be a problem solver, analytical and methodical thinker<\/li>\n<li>To assist in the promotion and sale of upgrades and options (e.g. service contracts)<\/li>\n<li>To identify and implement improvements that enhance the customer\u00b4s satisfaction with ZOLL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Graag solliciteren?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">VLSG verzorgt de werving &amp; selectie namens ZOLL voor deze vacature.
