Post-cardiac arrest, STEMI heart attack, and severe fever are some of the applications of ZOLL&#8217;s unique devices. Fully integrated, ZOLL Circulation researches, develops, manufactures, and sells novel technologies includes ZOLL Temperature Management Solutions and TherOx SSO2 Therapy. Temperature Management Solutions empower physicians to &#8220;prescribe&#8221; a temperature and achieve it. TherOx SSO2 Therapy is the first FDA-approved therapy since the stent 20+ years ago to reduce infarct size in patients with the most severe heart attacks.<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Summary<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Oversee the commercial agreements and the bids and tenders process in the whole BENELUX territory.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>High levels of English, Dutch and French are required for the role!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><b>Essential functions<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Searching and monitoring tenders according to the SOA categories held by the company;<\/li>\n<li>Managing the company&#8217;s registration processes in customer qualification portals;<\/li>\n<li>Complete first pass redline of bid terms for submittal per department procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the feasibility of the tender identified, analysing the requirements of the call for tenders and verifying the company&#8217;s suitability to participate in it;<\/li>\n<li>Manage all administrative operations, obtaining the necessary documentation and drafting it if necessary;<\/li>\n<li>Fill in technical and administrative questionnaires to be submitted on the tender portals;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the progress of the tender, coordinating all company functions involved in the preparation of the technical-economic and administrative envelopes;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare all the administrative documentation requested by the entity during the tender (requests for clarifications and inspection, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Requesting and carrying out, where agreed, access to the tender documentation and intra \u2013 procedural tender acts, with analysis of the same;<\/li>\n<li>Manage, in coordination with the sales reps and the other departments concerned, all administrative activities related to the post-award phase, supporting the various company departments and de-briefing the tender scores together with the subject matters experts and sales reps;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and smooth the contract issuance process of the contract from the proposal, through the negotiations and execution to the fulfilment, ensuring full compliance with the timelines and deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Manage the qualification procedure of the company&#8217;s suppliers\/subcontractors;<\/li>\n<li>Manage registrations and renewals in public registers;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required\/Preferred Education and Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualification in legal or economic disciplines;<\/li>\n<li>At least two years&#8217; experience in the preparation of administrative documentation for tenders (preferably in medical device sellers, public procurement contracts).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Word;<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving \u2013 Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner;<\/li>\n<li>Organizational Support &#8211; Follows policies and procedures; supports organization&#8217;s goals and values;<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability \u2013 Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events;<\/li>\n<li>Motivation &#8211; Measures self against standard of excellence;<\/li>\n<li>Quality \u2013 Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Interesse?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>#VLSG<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> verzorgt de werving &amp; selectie voor deze positie namens <strong>Zoll Medical.<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;Ben je ge\u00efnteresseerd en wil je solliciteren?
