At Midtronics, you&#8217;ll have the opportunity to work with passionate experts, solve real-world challenges, and shape the future in a rapidly evolving and growing industry.<\/p>\n<p>The Product Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of product(s) within Midtronics EMEA.&nbsp; This person is involved through all stages of a product or portfolio\u2019s lifecycle, including requirements, road mapping, and driving specific marketing and account execution to drive business success.<\/p>\n<p>This position involves close interaction with key customers, engineering leads and stakeholders, and sales\/marketing stakeholders.&nbsp; A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and marketing understanding is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A DAY IN THE LIFE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Document and understand the competitive landscape as an input to strategy<\/li>\n<li>Identify key persona\u2019s and document their use case\/user experiences and market problems<\/li>\n<li>Create product strategy and requirements<\/li>\n<li>Product definition\/opportunity analysis including cost estimates, projected timing and resource needs (with engineering)<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong working relationships and partnerships across different departments and with customers<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with sales and marketing communications to develop sales enablement materials, launch new products, and execute market plans<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical assistance, training and leadership for regional marketing, sales, and our customers as a subject matter expert<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for overcoming complex business obstacles with minimal assistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU\u2019LL NEED:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering; MBA is a plus<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years previous product management\/product marketing experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills \u2013 Must be able to build trust and set direction for the team, gain alignment with key stakeholders and drive commitments and results<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to develop product strategy from a market analysis<\/li>\n<li>Curiosity \u2013 Desire to learn and understand new technologies<\/li>\n<li>Teaming Skills \u2013 Ability to develop strong working relationships and partnerships internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Affinity with technical product solutions<\/li>\n<li>A strong customer orientation with a \u201chow can I help\u201d approach<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Dutch<\/li>\n<li>Good command of the German\/French language is strongly recommended<\/li>\n<li>Regional travel will be required \u2013 20%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Graag solliciteren?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>VLSG verzorgt de werving &amp; selectie namens Midtronics voor deze vacature.
