What Will You Do?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

As a Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all project-related tasks for the Global Platform Development Team. You will oversee the project budget, schedule, and risks, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope. You\u2019ll collaborate closely with product management, sales, and customers to ensure all client needs are met.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project cycle, from initiation to delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Hardware and Software Development: Lead proof of concept, design, and development for both hardware and software projects.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Customer Focus: Gather data from end-users and stakeholders to define and ensure project goals and scope.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Facilitate cooperation between different departments to meet objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Reporting and KPIs: Set up, monitor, and analyze KPIs and project outcomes.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What Do You Bring?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Educational Background: Minimum of a BSc in Engineering, MSc is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 5+ years\u2019 experience in engineering project management.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • PMP certification is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience in electronics development within a manufacturing environment.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience in both hardware and software design and development.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience with Supply Chain and extensive project scheduling.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills, with experience reporting to senior management.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Fluent in Dutch and English, with German being a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
